  1. Grind the Cheetos finely in a food chopper/blender.

  2. Cut each corn cob into quarters lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, and chili sauce into the melted butter.

  4. Use a brush to coat the corn pieces with the sauce.

  5. Sprinkle the finely crushed Cheetos over the coated corn.

  6. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 6–8 minutes.

  7. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, fresh cilantro, and squeeze lime juice over the top.

  8. Prepare the dipping sauce: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and sriracha. Grate in the lime zest and squeeze in the juice. Mix well.

  9. Dip the corn and enjoy!
