Cooking Guide
Dice the dried tomatoes and olives.
Dice the chicken.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken.
Add salt and remove from the stove.
Add the olives, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.
Prepare the cheese filling.
Crush the feta into a bowl, and add the mozzarella, in pieces about the same size.
Grate the parmesan.
Chop the basil (including the stem), and mix it with the cheeses.
Grind Cheetos® in a food processor.
Whip the egg in a bowl.
Cut the tortilla sheets in half. Fill with the filling of your choice. (This can also be done with puff pastry)
Brush the edges with egg and start rolling up from the half with the filling.
You should get a triangle.
Pinch the edges together well.
Dip it into the egg and roll it in the crushed Cheetos.
Bake in an Air Fryer at 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
Prepare the dip:
Mix the sour cream with the finely chopped mint, garlic powder and salt in a bowl. Dip the prepared Sambusas in this.
