  1. Heat up a pan, and add the sunflower oil/olive oil. Continue heating until it gets hot.

  2. Add the ground beef and brown it on high heat, stir it with a wooden spoon, then add it to a bowl.

  3. Chop the onion finely. Add it to a hot pan and stir it so it starts to brown.

  4. Add the cumin, paprika, cinnamon, and freshly milled black pepper, and sizzle for 5-6 minutes.

  5. Pour the browned beef mince back into the pan.

  6. Pour in the tinned chopped tomatoes, and cook for another 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally so the sauce thickens.

  7. Set aside some of the coriander for garnish, and chop up the rest roughly and sprinkle on the ragu. Then, squeeze in the juice of a lime.

  8. Once done, set the beef ragu aside to cool.

  9. Spread out the Doritos on a plate with the toppings and garnish.
