  1. Heat up the milk on a low heat.

  2. Once the milk is simmering, add the cornstarch mixed with 50 ml water to the milk.

  3. After the milk thickens, crumble in the blue cheese and remove the sauce from the heat.

  4. Stir the sauce continuously until you reach the desired sauce consistency.

  5. Cook the rib eye steak in a hot pan for 3 minutes.

  6. Turn and cook for another 2 minutes.

  7. Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper, and leave it to rest for a couple of minutes.

  8. Spread out the Doritos® on the plate.

  9. Slice up the steak and place on top of the chips, and drizzle with the cheese sauce.
