Cooking Guide
Add the coconut milk, garlic, honey, curry powder, salt, and pepper to a pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, pour over the chicken, coating it evenly. Cover the bowl and set aside for 30 minutes, until it cools.
Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and skewer them on 20-cm bamboo skewers.
Heat a pan and fry the skewered chicken in olive oil over medium heat. Put a lid on it and fry for about 5 minutes.
(You can use the remaining marinade as a sauce, just boil it up.)
For the peanut sauce:
In a pot, bring coconut milk, peanut butter, honey, and curry powder to a boil, then cook on medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove from the stove, and stir in lime juice, soy sauce, and salt.
Lay the Doritos® Dippers Salted out on a plate and top with the skewered chicken and drizzle on the warm peanut sauce. "
