Cooking Guide
Cook the chickpeas: Boil the chickpeas in salted water until soft, then drain.
Prepare the tahini sauce: In a mixing bowl, mince the garlic and add tahini and greek yogurt. Thin with a little water to reach a smooth consistency, season with salt, and mix thoroughly.
Toast the pine nuts: Lightly toast the pine nuts in a warm pan with oil. Be careful, as pine nuts can burn quickly due to their high oil content.
Assemble the dish: Place the Doritos® Sweet Chili chips on a serving plate. Spoon the drained chickpeas over the chips.
Drizzle with the tahini sauce and top with the hot, oily toasted pine nuts.
Finally, garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley and a sprinkle of ground paprika.
