  1. For the beef ragout:

  2. Chop the red onion into small cubes and fry in olive oil. Tear the thyme and basil into small pieces and add to the pan.

  3. Grate the carrot, chop the celery into small pieces, and fry with the onion for about 5 minutes.

  4. Add tomato puree, salt, sugar and fry for 3 minutes. Pour in the red wine and bring to a boil.

  5. Then, add the tomato sauce and ground beef, and bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

  6. For the bechamel sauce:

  7. Melt the butter and heat until it sizzles. Add nutmeg and flour, stir, and fry for 3 minutes.

  8. Pour in the milk and mix with a whisk until lump-free.

  9. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat. Grate in the parmesan and let it melt, stirring occasionally.

  10. Assemble the lasagne with Doritos® tortilla chips:

  11. Place 1/3 of the Doritos® tortilla chips in a heat-resistant bowl, add 1/4 of the ragout, 1/3 of the grated mozzarella, and 1/3 of the bechamel.

  12. Repeat 2 more times. Finally, sprinkle any remaining cheese on top.

  13. Bake at 180℃ until cheese turns brown (about 15 minutes).
