Cooking Guide
Start by adding the two whole chicken breasts to a pot.
Then add a little salt, pepper, crushed garlic, tomato paste, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, 3 spoons of that sun-dried tomato oil, cream, grated parmesan, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Finally, pour in a cup of water, cover everything with the lid, leave it to simmer for 6 hours to bring everything together into a smooth, saucy base.
Once cooked, grab a fork and shred the chicken breasts.
Next comes the secret ingredient to make this dish burst with flavors and crunch: Doritos Dippers! Spread out your chips on a plate, and pile the creamy chicken ragout on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of colour.
Ready to serve.
