Preheat the oven/air fryer to 180°C.
Place the Doritos® Dippers Hint Of Salt in the tray/basket lined with baking paper.
Add the grated cheese and then pour the kimchi on top.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese completely melts.
Mix chili sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, and sesame oil to make the spicy sauce.
Fry an egg and place it on top of the Doritos® chips.
Sprinkle with sour cream and the spicy sauce.
Finish by topping with green onions and bamboo shoots. Garnish with coriander."
