Dice the strawberries into 0.5 cm pieces and place them in a bowl.
Finely chop the basil leaves and add them to the strawberries.
Grate the lime zest into the bowl, then squeeze in the lime juice.
Add the balsamic vinegar and honey, then mix well.
Spoon some ricotta onto a chip, top it with the strawberry mixture, and enjoy!
