Cooking Guide
Prepare the breading by mixing water, flour, salt, pepper, and ground paprika in a bowl. Add the chicken breasts to this mixture.
Crush the Lay’s® Classic into a bowl.
Grate the parmesan on top.
Roll the chicken breasts in the Lay’s® mixture for the crunchy coating.
Then bake in the Air Fryer at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the salad dressing by mixing the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and grated lemon zest in a bowl.
Squeeze in the juice, Dijon mustard, chopped garlic, salt, balsamic vinegar, and anchovy paste, and grate in the parmesan.
Slice the lettuce into strips and coat in the dressing.
Add some crushed Lay’s® on top for that extra crunch (instead of the usual croutons). Put the mixed salad in a bowl.
Place the chicken breast on top of the salad, drizzle with the sweet chili sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
