Mini oat flour pizzas with a soft, homemade dough, topped with your favorite ingredients and baked to golden perfection.

Cooking Guide
In a bowl, mix the water, sugar, olive oil, and yeast. Set aside to let the yeast activate.
Meanwhile, grind the oats into flour using a food processor.
Add the oat flour to the yeast mixture, along with the salt, and knead it into a dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, knead the dough again, and repeat the resting once more.
Once the dough is ready, form evenly sized dough balls and cover them. Set aside while preheating the oven to 220°C (430°F).
Shape the dough balls into mini pizzas.
Add your choice of toppings.
Place the mini pizzas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 220°C for 10–12 minutes.
