Soak the chickpeas and oats overnight.
The next day, add the drained chickpeas and oats to a food processor along with the finely chopped spring onion, garlic, and parsley.
Then add the dry spices, followed by the lemon juice and zest.
Season with salt and blend until smooth.
Form the mixture into small balls and bake in air fryer for 10 minutes, making sure all sides are well browned.
