Strain the canned beans, rinse them to wash off the salty juice, and place them in a large bowl.
Clean the onion and slice it into half rings.
Add the onion, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix carefully so the beans don’t break.
Mix the vinegar, oil, and tahini in a small bowl, then season with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the bean salad and then layer the salad onto the Doritos® Nacho.
Top it with a hard-boiled egg cut into wedges and garnish with the cherry tomatoes.
