Prepare the Brava sauce. Heat up some olive oil.
Peel and slice the garlic and add to the oil, stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomato puree, and sizzle for 2-3 minutes, till it’s lost it’s sour taste.
Mix in the cornstarch and thoroughly stir in with the puree, then pour in the vegetable stock and red wine vinegar.
Simmer for 5 mins and then season with salt.
Set out the Doritos® Flamin' Hot® Tortilla Chips on a plate. Drizzle on the brava sauce and the aioli, and sprinkle on the Pimientón pepper
