Cooking Guide
First, mix the ingredients for the yogurt sauce: yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Then refrigerate.
Then, place the minced meat in a bowl.
Add the ground pistachios, ground pepper, salt, paprika, and cumin.
Chop the red onion and garlic finely, and add to the meat.
Mix and then divide into 8 parts. Form the meat around the skewers to hold it firmly.
Sauté in olive oil in a large pan over medium heat for 8 minutes, ensuring you cook on all sides. Remove the meat from the pan, take off the skewers, and chop it up into bite sized pieces.
Lay out a bed of Doritos® Hot Corn on a plate, top with the meat, and drizzle the yogurt sauce on top.
Serve with rocket leaves, tomato and red onion slices, and garnish with coriander leaves.
