Drain the kimchi through a strainer.
Cut the beef into very thin slices, then place the slices on top of each other and cut them into finger-sized pieces.
Fry the kimchi in sunflower oil.
After 3 minutes, add the finely chopped garlic and the white part of the sliced spring onion. (Set aside the greens for serving.)
Add the beef and fry until the meat is half cooked.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Add the coarsely crushed Doritos® original tortilla chips.
Add salt, fry for another 3 minutes.
Before serving, drizzle again with 1 spoonful of sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and the sliced green part of the spring onion.
