  1. Clean the prawns and remove the shells.

  2. Peel the garlic and slice.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add garlic, and sizzle for 1 minute.

  4. Add the chilli and prawns and sauté on medium heat.

  5. Season with salt, and make sure to cook the prawns on both sides for around 2-3 minutes.

  6. Once cooked, remove from the heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt.

  7. Set out the Doritos on a plate and spoon over the prawns.

  8. Drizzle with the chilli butter and garnish with fresh parsley.
