  1. Prepare the lamb ragout.

  2. Sauté the chopped onion in hot olive oil. Add the ground lamb and then the harissa sauce. Season with salt.

  3. Once browned, sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

  4. Prepare the cheddar sauce.

  5. Heat the coconut milk.

  6. Add the grated cheddar, cornstarch, and bring to a boil. Season with salt.

  7. For the guacamole, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and mash it in a bowl with a fork.

  8. Add the chopped jalapeño, garlic, juice of half a lemon, and season with salt. Mix well.

  9. Place the Doritos® Sweet Chili on a plate.

  10. Drizzle with the cheese sauce.

  11. Carefully layer the lamb ragout in the center.

  12. Garnish with jalapeño slices and chopped cilantro.

  13. Drizzle with sour cream and scoop guacamole on top.
