  1. Mix half of the cream, breadcrumbs, and egg in a bowl until smooth and let stand for 5 minutes to absorb the breadcrumbs.

  2. Add the two kinds of ground meat, salt, pepper, and mix together.

  3. Scoop out and shape the meat mixture into ping-pong sized balls.

  4. To a pan, sauté the meatballs and brown on all sides. No need to add oil as there’s enough fat in the meat.

  5. Remove when done and then melt the butter in the pan and add the flour.

  6. Stir continuously to make a roux until it’s slightly brown, then pour the rest of the cream in to make the sauce.

  7. Cut open the bag of Doritos® Tortilla Chips lengthwise to make the walking bag. Add the meatballs and drizzle with the sauce and add the cranberry sauce and garnish with freshly sliced spring onions.
