  1. Corn:

  2. Cut the sweetcorn cobs in half lengthways and then slice into 4 wedges.

  3. Drizzle with oil and rub it in a little.

  4. Sprinkle on the steak seasoning mix.

  5. Cook in the air fryer at 200C for 10-12 minutes.

  6. Meat:

  7. Heat the oil in a pan.

  8. Add the steak seasoning, and cinnamon. Sauté for 1 minute.

  9. Then, add the ground beef and tomato purée.

  10. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes.

  11. Dip:

  12. Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt dip: pour the yogurt into a bowl.

  13. Grate the lemon zest and add it to the yogurt, then squeeze in the lemon juice.

  14. Add the honey, lemon pepper, and salt. Mix well and transfer to a sauce dispenser.

  15. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.

  16. Slice the spring onions thinly.

  17. Chop the coriander.

  18. Finally, cut open the chip bag lengthwise.

  19. Spoon in the beef ragout, then add tomatoes, spring onions, jalapeños, and fried corn on top.

  20. Drizzle with the yogurt sauce and finish with a sprinkle of coriander.
