Cooking Guide

  1. Slice up the pickles, and use a kitchen towel to remove any excess liquid.

  2. Grate the cheddar. In a pan, add a pinch of grated cheese, and cook on medium heat.

  3. Place 3 pickle slices on top.

  4. Top with broken up Doritos® Barbecue Style Flavour and then add more cheese on top.

  5. Once the cheese has browned on the bottom, turn over and do the other side.

  6. When the other side has browned, remove from the pan and leave to cool.

  7. Spread one side with mustard and hot sauce (with the chip coated layer facing down).

  8. Add a slice of ham on top, then lettuce.

  9. Slice up the tomato and add on top of the salad.

  10. Peel the red onion and slice up. Rinse in cold water, season with salt and place on top of the tomato slices.

  11. Cut the avocado in half, remove the skin, slice up, and add to the sandwich.

  12. Finally top with another slice of the pickle-cheese bread, and then cut in half and serve.
