Crunchy homemade granola with oats, nuts, dried fruits, honey, and warm spices, baked to golden perfection.

Roughly chop the almonds and walnuts.
Mix together the oats, almonds, walnuts, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Add the dried fruits to the bowl.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake at 180°C (355°F) for 10–12 minutes.
Remove it from the oven, let it cool, store it in a container, and keep it in a dry, dark place
