  1. Start by drizzling a little oil on the soya chunks, sprinkle with tandoori masala, season with salt, and pepper, and grill in a heated pan until they get nice and charred.

  2. Meanwhile, let’s make that mouthwatering, spicy sauce. In a small pan, melt the butter, add the cream, spice it up with some garam masala, red chili powder, and chaat masala.

  3. Allow the flavours combine in this creamy mix.

  4. Now, all that’s left is to pour the sauce generously over the grilled tandoori chunks, and now for that touch of crunch, sprinkle some crushed Lay's® over the top.
