  1. Set out a mixing bowl.

  2. Wash the Romaine lettuce and separate the leaves, and slice them up into finger-sized strips and add to the bowl.

  3. Using a mandoline, slice the red cabbage into thin slices and add to the bowl.

  4. Cut the red onion in half and then slice up. Wash in cold water, drain, and add to the bowl.

  5. Chop the cherry tomatoes into quarters along with the pickled cucumbers and add them in.

  6. Slice up the turkey-breast ham and Milano salami into finger-sized slices and add to the bowl.

  7. Using a vegetable peeler, slice thinly sliced strips of parmesan and add to the bowl.

  8. Season with salt and freshly milled black pepper.

  9. Add the apple cider vinegar and mayonnaise and mix everything up.

  10. Scoop us the salad with your Lay’s® chips.
