  1. Put the canned tuna in a bowl and drizzle with apple cider vinegar and lime juice.

  2. Add the mayonnaise and mustard, then mix.

  3. Cut the red onion, pickled cucumber, kapia pepper, green apple, and avocado into small cubes and add them one by one to the tuna.

  4. Then add the corn and peas.

  5. Flavour with agave syrup.

  6. Finally, roughly chop the parsley and mint, and mix in.

  7. It is recommended that the mixture be put in the fridge overnight.

  8. Enjoy the salad on top of Lay’s chips, with the wonderful blend of flavors and colors.
