  1. Grind the oats into flour using a food processor, and place in a bowl.

  2. Peel the bananas and slice them in half. Lightly salt them.

  3. Coat the banana slices in oat flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

  4. Cook in an air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.

  5. Serve with grilled fish.
