In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients except the olive oil.
When the ingredients form a lumpy mixture, add the oil and continue mixing.
Empty the mixture into a container and garnish with a little fresh thyme and coarse salt.
Enjoy with Tostitos® Tortilla Chips.
