Place the Dorito Dippers on a baking sheet and heat it in the oven at 180 degrees for 3 minutes.
In the meantime, make the cinnamon-vanilla sugar by mixing the vanilla sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
After the Doritos are baked, sprinkle them with 2/3 of the cinnamon-vanilla sugar.
Place them on a plate. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-vanilla sugar here as well.
Then, add the toppings and whipped cream.
To get an even crunchier texture, chop the hazelnuts and almonds and sprinkle them on top.
Finally, crown it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
