Cut the ciabatta in half lengthwise
Scoop out a bit from the top half to make it easier to fold the sandwich.
Spread pesto on the bottom half.
Place the sun-dried tomatoes on top.
Spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with parmesan.
Tear the burrata over the top, then layer with mortadella and Milano salami.
Add a layer of Lays Classic chips on top of the salami.
Pile on the arugula, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and top with fresh basil.
Squeeze half a lemon over everything, then close the sandwich.
Cut it in half diagonally—and feel proud of the beautiful sandwich you just made!
