First, we have to start with the chocolate: Put the chips into a bowl, and melt them over a pan of hot water.
Meanwhile, go and roughly chop the cashews and peanuts with a knife.
Now comes the fun part: Once the chocolate has melted, carefully dip some Lay’s® Classic chips into it.
That’s it, make sure the excess comes off.
Place the chocolate-covered chips onto a sheet of baking paper, and sprinkle with coconut flakes, and the roughly chopped nuts.
When you’re done with all the chips you can coat, put them in the fridge so the chocolate can set.
