Cooking Guide
First, make the oat layer by mixing the Quaker Oats with 2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt, half of the pistachio butter, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Next, make the chia layer by mixing the chia seeds with 2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt, the rest of the pistachio butter, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Spoon the oat mixture into a glass. Then, add a layer of coconut yogurt. Add the chia seed mixture, then another layer of coconut yogurt on top.
Put this in the fridge overnight so the oats and chia can absorb the pistachio-yogurt mixture.
After taking it out of the fridge the next day, chop the pistachios and sprinkle them on top, giving the creamy overnight oats a super crunchy layer.
