  1. In a bowl, add ½ a cup of oats, and then add the coconut milk and the water

  2. Bring the oatmeal to the boil and then add the honey.

  3. Cook for 5 more minutes while continuously stirring, set aside, then plate.

  4. Using the same pan, pour in the coconut milk, honey, and cornstarch, mix it and bring to a boil.

  5. Stir continuously as it boils, and reduces the liquid by half, so you get a nice thick cream.

  6. Peel the mango, remove the stone, and slice into thin strips.

  7. Place the mango strips on top of the oatmeal, rizzle with the creamy sauce.

  8. And sprinkle with the sesame seeds and black sesame seeds.
