Combine the Quaker® Pancake mix with coconut milk.
Whisk it till it’s smooth!
Let the batter rest for 20 minutes, this makes the pancakes extra fluffy!
While you wait, chop up the bananas the strawberries, and skewer them.
Heat up some coconut oil in a pan, and dip the fruit in the batter.
Cook for two to three minutes per side, until you get nice golden fruit pancakes.
If you’re feeling fancy, go ahead and drizzle them with some maple syrup.
This is completely optional, but oh-so-tasty!
