  1. Make the dough with the pancake mix and make 2 flat pancakes from it following the instructions on the packet.

  2. Spread out the pancakes and top with peanut butter, hazelnut spread, add in a peeled banana cut in half.

  3. Slice up the strawberries and place them on top of the banana.

  4. Roll up the pancakes, and then slice into 2 inch pieces.

  5. Scatter with coconut flakes.

  6. Dip into strawberry jam and Greek yogurt.
