A tropical banana, mango, Quaker Oat and passion fruit smoothie frozen into coconut-flavored ice cubes.

  • Coconut Water

  1. Peel and dice the banana and mango.

  2. Chop the dates as well.

  3. Add all of these to a blender.

  4. Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop the pulp into the blender.

  5. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and pour in the coconut water.

  6. Add Quaker oats, top off with more coconut water, and blend until smooth

  7. Pour the smoothie into the large ice cube tray.

  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours before using.
