  1. Slice the mushrooms into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and finely shred the iceberg lettuce.

  2. Heat some oil in a skillet and sauté the mushrooms and garlic. Then add the black beans, smoked paprika, and soy sauce. Season with pepper. Cook the mixture for 5–8 minutes.

  3. Cut the tortilla from the edge to the center. Spread the bean mixture over one quarter of the tortilla. On another quarter, add the iceberg lettuce and tomato. Then place the Doritos® tortilla chips on the next quarter, and finally the cheese on the last one. Fold each section over the next (clockwise) until you form a compact wrap.

  4. Heat some oil in a skillet and cook the tortillas over medium heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

  5. Serve with Perry’s cheeseburger sauce.
